Typhoon lagoon versus blizzard beach?
We are going to Disney next week but we cant decide which water park to go to. We want to have fun. We are young and want to get on fun rides but also want diversity and calm down when we get tired. Which do you think is better for the thrill-seeker?
I loved the Crusher Gusher slide at Typhoon but for real thrill seekers then go on Summit Plummet at Blizzard. My top speed was 62 mph but my friend’s was 75 mph.
blizzard beach most definitly!!! the best thing at typhoon lagoon is the wave pool:) have fun!!
For thrill-seeker, Blizzard Beach. It’s slides are faster and taller, and then there’s Summit Plummet of course. But Typhoon Lagoon has a much more fun wave pool and Crush n’ Gusher is fun, but the slides are smaller and not as fun. And you can just relax around on both of their rivers, they’re both pretty good. So for thrills, BB, relaxing, TL.
I’ve been to both, and I like Blizzard Beach better. The attention to detail and overall theme and atmosphere is amazing, plus the Summit Plummit slide is tons of fun. However, you’ll have an amazing time at whichever park you choose to go to. Disney never fails to amaze me.
