We have to change our wedding location due to the fact the we will not be able to pay for the current location
The original plan was to have our wedding at Cypress Gardens in South Carolina, but we are running into problems and are not going to be able to pay for it by the deadline. We have already maxed out our credit cards so that is not an option. My fiance thinks we will be able to have it at a really good friend of his house who has a beautiful house by the water and on stilts so it also has a gorgeous staircase to possibly use for the ceremony. I am ok with changing the location, but the wedding is August 16th, less than 2 months away. I have already sent out invitations and am recieving RSVPs in the mail. How exactly do I go about informing everyone about the change?? Please help!!
I know this person as well. He is actually doing our catering. I have been to the house and know what it is like and he has also had other weddings there before.
