Disney Diner Plan – Recommend Resort or Park Dining Spots?

Disney Diner Plan – I have done some research and we will be going to Disney World late January for 7 nights and I will be purchasing the Dining Plan. I have two daughters (8 & 12). Does not have to be the best food. But looking for the best balance between food, service, and entertainment. We will be staying at Caribbean Resort on site. No car. Using Disney transportation.

Here is the list that I have seen most recommended:
