A Drive Around Launch Pad 39A – Part 2

A drive around Launch Pad 39A at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Space Shuttle Atlantis is on the pad for STS-132, with RSS still retracted from her morning rollout. The view is a fairly shaky one from the window of a bus driving around the launch pad. At the end, there is also a quick glimpse of the Crawler-Transporter during a stop on its trip off the pad. If you’re wondering, I didn’t get a shot of the ‘piggies’ mentioned in the background because they were on the other side of the bus. I was able to see them briefly, but knew by the time I panned over and found them with the camera they would mainly be out of sight. Part 1 is here: www.youtube.com
