Attack Orcas: Sealand of Pacific and Seaworld california

Video extraido del documental Giganter der a Mere. El audio está en aleman. Recoge dos de los accidentes más nefastos ocurrido con orcas en Cautividad. El 1º, ocurrió en Sealand del Pacífico en 1991: La entrenadora Keltie Lee Byrne falleció al ser ahogada por Tilikum(ahora en SWO) Haida 2 y Nootka 4. El 2º ocurrió en Seaworld California en 1989: Kandu V, una hembra dominante, atacó a Corky antes de empezar el show. minutos más tarde, empezó a expulsar sangre por el espiráculo. Tras 45 min de hemorragia murió. Corky adoptó a Orkid, la hija de kandu V (que se puede ver en el video). Ambas viven actualmente.

World of Color Officially Opens at Disney California Adventure Park

The highly-anticipated, night time water spectacular officially opens at Disney California Adventure park on June 11! The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure (HD POV) Disney’s California Adventure

Take a ride Under the Sea in Ariel’s Undersea Adventure at Disney’s California Adventure! The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure is a dark ride attraction based on the film The Little Mermaid, located in Paradise Pier at Disney California Adventure and under construction in Fantasyland at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. The ride opened on June 3, 2011 at Disney California Adventure, with the Magic Kingdom version of the ride opening in Late 2012. A dark ride featuring The Little Mermaid was supposed to open at Disneyland Paris and Magic Kingdom parks in the early to mid 90′s. Early plans for Hong Kong Disneyland also included this ride. The ride was scrapped, but a visual idea was included on the Platinum Edition DVD of The Little Mermaid in 2006. A different version opened on June 3, 2011 at Disney California Adventure. The ride building takes up the space of the theater that played host to the Golden Dreams movie hosted by Whoopi Goldberg. The theater itself has been torn down. The restrooms by Golden Dreams have been relocated across the way in the San Francisco buildings. The previous area they occupied has been torn down and is taken up by part of the show building. In September 2009, Disney officials announced that Mickey’s Toontown Fair at the Magic Kingdom would be demolished, leaving Goofy’s Barnstormer to be rethemed to The Great Goofini. This will give more room to Fantasyland, which will be filled with this ride and meet-and-greets with the Disney …
