Apartment in SAFE part of Orlando, Florida?

looking for an apartment in Orlando, Florida can someone point me in the right direction, safety is a MUST, im a single father and I have a three month old daughter to raise so I dont want to be anywhere near violence, but I kinda want to be near universal, disney, seaworld etc. and I wouldn’t mind the place being within my budget too, can anyone help me?

Need a furnished apartment in Orlando – how do I go about finding one?

My daughter is going to be attending college in Orlando, FL in January. She needs to find a furnished apartment close to UCF and SeaWorld. She and her friend are both going to be attending UCF and want to share an apartment, but it has to be furnished and most of the ones they have found on line are unfurnished. We are in upstate NY, so looking at them ahead of time is going to be tricky, but her friend might be going down in October to check things out.
