Orlando Holiday Villas for your Orlando Vacation Accommodation
When you are seeking Orlando vacation accommodation, have you ever considered Orlando holiday villas as an option? Do you normally book the best hotel you can find – or even the cheapest? Have you considered why you prefer a hotel to any other form of accommodation? Have you considered renting a vacation villa in Orlando? Don’t make your mind up yet, and read on for a comparison between the two and you decide what is best for you and your family.
Privacy
You cannot, of course, mention the words ‘hotel’ and ‘privacy’ in the same breath. Any hotel, even the best, has thin walls and people wandering outside your rooms all day and night. You have no privacy in the pool, bar, lounge or restaurant, all full of strangers. Also, if you have children, do you pay for their own room and trust them with it? Or are they sharing with you – even less privacy for you both.
In a holiday villa, you have your own room, separate from that of your children. You have your own games room, your luxury kitchen, and your own pool without any strangers sharing it. Basically, you are a family just as you are in our own home, and your kids can identify with their own rooms, rather than sharing yours, which brings us to:
Security
What security do you have in a hotel? Not only can people wander around as they wish, but even non-guests can come and go at will if they want. Another security aspect is that of your children. If you get them their own room – you have no option really, especially if they are teenagers – then how do you know what they are getting up to. They could be anywhere and doing anything.
With Orlando holiday villas you know where your children are. You have your own lounge – maybe even more than one – individual bedrooms and also your kitchen. You know exactly where they are – day or night. Not only that, but you don’t have any strangers passing your door, perhaps watching if you are in or out. A large number of vacation villas in Orlando are resort villas, where nobody but paid guests are allowed.
Sanitation
Yes, hotels clean out your bathroom ever day, and your standard of sanitation is good. How about the pool? Is that the same? How many others are using the pool in your hotel, and how many children are doing whatever kids do in swimming pools – at least in your private pool they are your kids!)?
Your don’t share your Orlando holiday villa with anybody except your own family or group, and you you have your own private pool with nobody else there to pollute it. That in itself is sufficient reason for many people to rent vacation villas in Orlando rather than use a hotel.
Ambience
You have had a great day visiting the Orlando attractions: Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and maybe even a round of golf or some golfing instruction. Perhaps you have had the children to keep an eye on all day, and all the crowds to negotiate, and all you want is some peace and quite and some relaxation. Once you get back to your hotel what do you face? A packed lounge, a bar full of shouting people and a restaurant where you wait ages for service – so you go to your room hoping for some solitude and relaxation. Then the kids start: mom this, dad that! “Vacation? You can keep it!”, you yell! And that’s just day 1!
On the other hand, you could be returning to a beautiful Orlando vacation villa – peaceful and quiet. They get the BBQ fired up with some burgers, hot dogs or even some ribs or steaks, and then they stretch out with a beer or an orange juice on the loungers by the pool. Perhaps have a quick private swim, and relax with a nice meal and a few cold beers or a bottle of Chardonnay – or Cabernet Sauvignon for the steaks. No noise, just peace and the birds singing. The children are getting restless, so they can be packed off to the games room for some air hockey or pool. Or maybe to their own rooms where they might find a Playstation or an XBox to keep them busy or perhaps some DVDs – the pair of you can just relax and enjoy some time together.
Cost
Price might not matter to you, but it does for most people. What is the price of a good hotel room? $20? $40? No? Nothing like it I bet! Well here’s a shock for you. A vacation villa in Orlando, with beds for ten people, bedrooms with DVD players, TVs, and broadband in each room will cost you $18.50 each person. That’s right, $18.50, and you also have sports such as ping-pong, tennis and basketball, a lanai, barbecue and laundry facilities in your own luxury kitchen, plus a private screened pool. $18.50 each for 10 people!
Even with only five in your group or family that comes to only $37 for each of you. Now where in this city can you find a hotel at that price? But that’s not all. What are the hotel bar prices in Orlando? These are going to cost you in comparison to supermarket prices – drink at our own prices! Supermarket food – Fair enough you have to be your own cook, but you have a fully equipped luxury kitchen to help you and you are not having to share the restaurant with noisy strangers! Come midnight and you feel like a hot dog and a beer? No problem and no room service to pay for.
No matter how you look at it, for Orlando vacation accommodation, you cannot beat Orlando holiday villas – and that’s a fact!

Orlando Vacation Homes: Luxury Accommodation that Hits the Spot
Orlando vacation homes offer a degree of personal luxury accommodation that hits the spot and makes you feel like you are really on holiday. You don’t all share one room at home, so why do it on vacation?
Some people want their holiday homes to be just like their own – why? If that’s what you want, then pass on Orlando because that offers better! If you wanted your accommodation while on holiday to be just like home, why not save the expense and just stay at home? Nope – no matter who you are, prince or pauper, while on vacation you want something special.
How about a 5 star hotel? Think about it. Apart from the cost, are you happy spending your vacation in one room. What if you have kids? Most do in Orlando – what is its biggest attraction? Are you at ease in a hotel room, wondering what the little darlings are getting up to in their own room(s)? Or are you all sharing? If that’s your idea of a relaxing vacation, then . . .
How about a 4 or 5 bedroom vacation home, with the same number of bathrooms and a 50 inch home cinema system? How about a Bose system? Or TVs and DVD players in every room, with an Xbox or the latest Playstation? How about all that for half the price per head than an average hotel room? Did I mention the spa and pool?
Orlando vacation homes exude Luxury with a Capital L, and unless you are in the Bill Gates range, there is no hotel to beat them – period! Certainly not for value for money. It’s a very difficult decision to make – no, not between a hotel and a luxury Orlando holiday home, but between which vacation villa, apartment or condo to go for. A lot depends on the size and composition of your party.
How much would a hotel room cost you per head, with private swimming pool, pool table and air hockey, 55 inch home cinema, Bose surround sound and more? I don’t know, but let me tell you this – an 8 bedroom Orlando vacation home sleeping 16 is less than $35 each a night. Fabulous for a group of friends – or a large family visiting Disney! In fact it’s doubtful if a family of even 10 could afford Disney if they had to use hotel accommodation, let alone 16!
If that’s too expensive ($35?) try a vacation condo in Orlando that sleeps 6, set in a luxury gated executive community with pool, cinema and a host of other amenities for under $19 each a night. Tell me where you can get a high quality hotel for that price in Orlando! Not only are you all under one roof, but you know the kids are safe and secure.
Think about it: you have a busy day at nearby Disney World and the first thing that you want to do when you get back is to relax just like you would at home. Why sit on uncomfortable desk chairs, when you can have a luxury leather sofa to lie back on, or out to the pool deck and relax with a martini – home made and mixed to perfection. No expensive hotel bar bills. No slamming hotel doors or others in your group waking you up.
Windsor Palms Resort, for example, offers vacation homes for your Orlando vacation that will feel just like home or maybe even better. The houses have anywhere from 4-6 bedrooms, which can comfortably sleep anywhere from 8-12 people on vacation. They are set in a gated community far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough that major attractions are only a few minutes away. They even offer buses that will pick you up at the resort to take you to places like Walt Disney World, which is only 2.5 miles away.
With vacation homes, you don’t have to worry about fighting for an elevator up to your room, or worrying about your car in the parking lot. With your own Orlando vacation home, you can have peace of mind knowing that you have privacy and security.
Warm and sunny Orlando can get pretty hot, so pools are a must in this part of Florida – in just about any part actually! Why share the pool with everyone else at a hotel when you can have your own – with spa! There’s no need to feel self-conscience or embarrassed because you cheated on your diet, and nobody else’s towels are covering the loungers. They are all yours!
Hotel rooms can be stuffy and unsettling. Even if you don’t spend a lot of time in your hotel room during your Orlando vacation, you still have to sleep. A vacation home feels more inviting to a person than a hotel does. After a while you might even forget you are on vacation, and get used to the life – don’t! Your personal pool and Jacuzzi, your own games room and your luxury TV and sound system – they have to be left behind, unless you can afford a full-time vacation in Orlando!
The wide range of vacation accommodation in Orlando offers you all the amenities of home, and then more. They have anywhere from 4-6 private bedrooms, their own personal swimming pools with a spa, fully equipped kitchen, TVs and DVD players, laundry equipment and fully furbished family room areas.
Next time you are taking a holiday in this part of the USA, keep in mind that Orlando vacation homes offer luxury holiday accommodation that hits the spot in every possible way, and gives you that wonderful feeling of relaxing at home – but in total luxury and pamperedness, if there is such a word. Perhaps there isn’t, but it sure feels like it
There is wide range of Orlando vacation homes available within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World Resort, and more information can be found at www.qualityvillarentals.com where details are available of accommodation from condos and town houses to luxury villas.

I stayed in Las Vegas few times in the hotel provided by Tahiti Village. 3 nights every time. I had to attend 2 hours presentation during each visit. No need to buy anything during presentation.

Find Accommodation In Disney World
It is interesting to note that every Disney World theme park have its own special personality and character. Disney World’s objective is not only to entertain their visitors and tourists but also make their stay and accommodation at Disney World as pleasant as possible so that these visitors will return for more visits as well as spreading by word of mouth about their wonderful Disney World vacations. Disney World understands that word of mouth advertisemnents from happy visitors is the best advertisement and it is free.
It is for this intent and purpose that Walt Disney World now has about twenty themed vacation resorts catering to all types of guests catering their accommodation preferences as well as for different traveling budgets.
Disney World resorts are roughly divided into 5 accommodation categories. They are the deluxe class, moderate resorts, value budget types, vacation resorts, and cabins/campgrounds in the wilderness for the more adventurous visitors.
There are about ten Deluxe Disney resorts in Disney World such as those in The Animal Kingdom Lodge, Beach Club Resort, The Contemporary Resort, The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, The Polynesian Resort, Boardwalk Inn, The Wilderness Lodge, and Yacht Club Resort? There are also 2 deluxe class hotels such as Walt Disney World Swan and Walt Disney World Dolphin, however these hotels are not owned by Disney World.
Although some Disney resorts are rated as “moderate class”, they are still far more luxurious than a ordinary hotel accommodation. Rooms in these so called moderate class resorts are very comfortable and spacious. These accomodations come with themed pools and hot tubs and full-service restaurants. The Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs, Port Orleans Riverside Resort and Port Orleans French Quarter are the moderate Walt Disney World Resorts.
Disney World’s so called value resorts offer value for money as being very affordable. These resort accommodations are built for families on smaller budgets but are also often used by tour companies for tourists traveling together in groups. Although the amenities can be considered as basic, all budget value resorts have themed swimming pools and inexpensive food courts. Accommodation at Disney value budget resorts can go as low as $80 per night. Imagine that!
These resorts are like service apartments where guests are provided with extra facilities and amenities such as a kitchen, multiple bedrooms and even valet parking thrown in. Prices can range from about $200 per night to more than $1,000 per night during peak holiday season. If you have money to burn, then you may wish to stay at The Beach Club Villas, Boardwalk Villas, Old Key West Resort, Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa or The Villas at Wilderness Lodge.
If you enjoy the great outdoors and are more adventurous, then Walt Disney World Fort Wilderness cabins and campsites are just meant for you. The Fort Wilderness campground is home to one of Disney’s most popular dinner shows, the Hoop Dee Do Revue. Guests staying in Fort Wilderness can go for nature hike, horse riding, swim, and enjoy boating on Bay Lake.
So there will be shortage of accommodation to cater to your taste and budget when you visit Disney World.
