Disney World Vacation
Visiting Orlando, Florida is an incredible vacation experience for both children and parents alike. Most parents actually recall their childhoods when they visit Walt Disney World. The weather is fantastic year round, the summer months can be a bit warm and humid but so is the rest of the United States during that time. Basically 9 or 10 perfect weather months makes Florida the ideal destination for your next family Orlando vacation.
Orlando, Florida plays host to a wide variety of incredible tourist attractions, including the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando. Walt Disney World resort is the largest attraction and probably the most visited of three, it includes; Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, and Downtown Disney. SeaWorld Orlando is a large water themed park that features several zoological and marine animal exhibits as well as an amusement park with roller coasters and water rides. Universal Studio’s Orlando, like Disney, is a giant themed amusement park. Universal Studios Florida includes; CityWalk, and the Islands of Adventure theme park.
In addition to the incredible theme parks and attractions, Orlando has many fantastic hotels and resorts along with delectable restaurants. Most resorts have large beautiful swimming pools to enjoy in the afternoon and most provide free parking. Have fun and enjoy your next Orlando vacation.

Theme Parks in Florida
My review of our visit to Universal Studios in Orlando Florida is based on a trip we made there in early 2007.
It is a fantastic place and very enjoyable for the kids.
Universal Studios in OrlandoFlorida is made up of two amusement parks and Three hotels. Upon walking in, you walk through the Citywalk runs between two amusement parks, The famous Universal Studios and the park called Islands of Adventure.
To enter Citywalk is free and it has many shops, nightclubs, and restaurants.Across to the Right of Citywalk is the main entrance to Universal Studios then over on the left the main entrance to the park called Islands of Adventure.
Both theme parks are located right next to one another but they do require a separate admission fee.If you buy a ticket to the main Universal Studios theme park you can get admission to both parks for the one day.
You could spend your entire weeks stay at Universal Studios in Orlando. While it does offers two different theme parks, you will find that if you plan your days well, one day in each of the parks will be sufficient.
Disney always caters to a broad age bracket, from the very young to the very old. Disney has five separate theme parks on offer with each one quite a bit bigger than either Universal or Island of Adventure. Although Universal is very entertaining some of their rides can be too scary for younger children.
Overall though as Universal is working hard it still has some way to go to keep up with their competition over at Disney. But I will say this Universal was extremely clean and the staff were terrific. Some things there were a must see including the Spider Man ride and Revenge of the Mummy. But in summing up, most of their other rides are a little outdated, In short, if Universal intends on getting travelers back for the second time, they will surely need to expand their parks or upgrade their existing rides quite a bit

Budget Dining In Orlando Florida
Who says that you have to spend big bucks to get a good meal? If you are vacationing in Orlando you can try out a number of local restaurants that serve good food at prices that won’t break your budget. Here is an introduction to some of my favorite budget restaurants in the Orlando area.
Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern
(Many Locations)
Bennnigan’s boasts of offering 100 types of beer and other drinks as well, making its alcoholic menu greater than its food menu. The food is served in a loud, lively atmosphere. Some specialties include the fire-roasted salsa shrimp, charbroiled and basted in a smoky sauce, the Monte Cristo, combining ham, turkey, and Swiss and American cheeses on wheat bread that has been dipped in batter and deep fried. If you are watching your weight there are several healthy, low calorie “Health Club” dishes.
Bubbalou’s Bodacious Bar-B-Cue
5818 Conroy Rd.
Orlando, FL 32819
Bubbalou’s is considered by local residents to be one of the best rib restaurants in the area. You can order at the counter, get a drink and then sit down at a picnic table. You can try the chopped pork sandwiches and the “Texas caviar,” cold black-eyed peas in a spicy vinaigrette. In addition to the ribs you can choose from the chicken, lamb and smoked turkey. All of these cooked over an open-pit fire. Be careful for their “killer” sauce, it can destroy your taste-buds! The restaurant has been voted Central Florida and Orlando’s Favorite BBQ Restaurant and BBQ Catering Service by the readers of the Orlando Sentinel
IHOP
(Many Locations)
This chain has been serving mouth watering breakfasts for over 40 years. They’ve got a wide variety of pancakes to choose from, including Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Banana Nut Pancakes, Buttermilk Pancakes, Country Griddle CakesSM, and fruit-topped pancakes. They also serve a selection of Crepe Style International Pancakes and French Toast.
Thai Thani
This restaurant is known for its authentic Thai cuisine and the Thai Thani Restaurant is a must-visit destination for lovers of Thai food. In addition to the authentic food, it has a décor to match. Thai artwork and furniture contribute to an ambience that makes you feel like you are dining at a palace in Bangkok.
Hard Rock Cafe Orlando
Located at Universal Studios Orlando in the CityWalk entertainment complex, this Hard Rock Cafe is the biggest HRC in the world and boasts more pieces of rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia than any other location.
These are just some of the places in Orlando where you can eat to your heart’s content and still stay within your budget. Try them out when you come to Orlando.

Is Orlando a safe place?
I have heard stories about people being randomly attacked in parking lots and stuff like that.
Me and my girl friend, both 16, my mom and 10 year old brother are going to Orlando in 9 months, and was wondering how safe we are gonna be?
We are going to go to;
- Disneyworld; Hollywood Studios & Magic Kingdom.
- Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure.
- Citywalk.
- SeaWorld.
- Wet N Wild Water Park.
We are also going to a Mall called ” The Florida Mall” If anyone has ever heard of it.
Does anyone know if we will be safe? Because me and my friend will split up from my mom and bro and meet at the end of the day.
Will they be safe? Will we be safe?
